When do we ship?
For orders placed Wednesday - Sunday they will ship the following Monday.
For orders placed Monday - Tuesday they will ship out Wednesday.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email or text message with a tracking number to monitor the progress of your shipment.
To guarantee ultimate freshness of our product we only ship:
Monday's and Wednesday's
We are currently only offering domestic shipping.
How do you ship?
Most of our orders ship via USPS. We may also use other vendors such as UPS and FEDEX. Shipping is available to military families.
Orders going to APO/FPO boxes will also be sent via USPS.
Rates to ship?
Shipping rates are determined once the customer reaches the checkout page. We offer free shipping to customers that spend $50.00 or more.
How to track an order that's been shipped?
If a tracking number is available and an email address or phone number was provided at the time of order, you will receive an automated email or text from our website directly. For all other shipping methods, once the order ships, the order on our website is updated with a tracking number.
Lost or stolen packages
As of January 9, 2023 King Pop LLC is happy to include shipping insurance for all deliveries via ShipInsure it is automatically added on with each order along with the item(s) of the customer we are not responsible and will not offer refunds or replacements. Customers should also ensure that their address is correct before checking out.

Local drop-off options?
We offer local delivery services to customers within a specific radius of our location.
A local delivery surcharge may apply to orders that qualify for delivery based on the designated delivery area.
Local delivery's will only be delivered on Friday's.
Are the items in stock?
We maintain a wide selection of flavors in stock, ready to be handcrafted according to your order.
All of our flavors are made-to-order, ensuring the freshest and highest quality products for our customers.
What are the lead times?
Larger orders such as bulk, or party favors may take a few extra days to ship out.
Please keep in mind that for bulk orders, and party favors we need a 30 day in advance notice.
