Shipping Policy

When do we ship? 

We ship once the order has been placed through the website. Please allow 24-48 hours for the order to be processed as we make popcorn fresh to order every day. Once the order is complete an email or text will be sent with an update. If you do not get an update please reach out to info@kingpopws.com

Domestic shipping 

We are currently only offering domestic shipping. If you have a question about domestic shipments, please email info@kingpopws.com.

How do you ship?

 Most of our orders ship via USPS. We also use other vendors such as UPS and FEDEX. We ship to military families, orders going to APO/FPO boxes will also be sent via USPS. 

Rates to ship? 

KingPop is happy to offer free shipping on orders over 30 dollars.

 

How to track an order that's been shipped?

 If a tracking number is available and an email address or phone number was provided at the time of order, you will receive an automated email or text from our website directly. For all other shipping methods, once the order ships, the order on our website is updated with a tracking number.

Local drop off options?

If you live in the local Triad area such as Kernersville, Winston-Salem, Clemmons will deliver for a $20 minimum. Customers that live in Greensboro or surrounding areas please contact customer service at info@kingpopws.com.

Are the items in stock?

 All items are normally held in stock. However, we may sometimes run out due to sudden demand, in which case we will notify you and inform you of the date we expect to receive more stock. 

What are the lead times?

 We aim to ship orders within 24-48 hours However this may sometimes be longer due to other circumstances such as order volume and backorders. Also, we do have a few special order items that have longer lead times. Larger orders may also take a few extra days to ship out. If you require a faster lead time please info@kingpopws.com
